Hope everyone is beginning to get into the swing of summer. The first two weeks with the pool open have gone pretty smooth. I want to just highlight a few of the main pool rules.
(Click here for all pool rules. Rules are also posted on the board by the gate)1.) Parents, please have your 12 and under kids slide down the sliding board and not stand on the end and jump off it. The diving boards are to jump off. Always stay off the lifeguard stand. 2.) Until we can repair the grassy areas, please do everything in your power to not have kids walk in the dirt with wet feet and then jump in the pool. Use the shower to rinse dirt off before entering either pool. 3.) Use the walkways and don’t cut thru the dirt to the pavilion. 4.) Keep the gate closed and don’t prop it open. If someone wants in without a fob and you don’t know they are an owner or associate member, they will need to go get their fob and let themselves in. Remember, this is your big backyard pool. Clean up when you leave and if you move a chair, simply put it back and lower the umbrellas when you leave. Have a great and safe summer enjoying the pool. Call me at (706) 833-7846 with any questions or concerns.
May 9, 2026 - Pool Update
The pool is open effective May 9th.
April 17, 2026 - Update
Gate Access Fobs - The gate key fobs that open both the court gate and pool gate are the same as last year. Once the pool is officially open (opened May 9th), the security company will toggle your fob on to open the pool gate. If you are new to the neighborhood, please contact me at (706) 833-7846 so that I can get a gate key fob to you.
Thanks and please text or call me at (706) 833-7846 if you have any questions.
