The Mission of the Woodbridge Property Owners Association Board is to represent the desires of our members while staying true to the covenants of our neighborhood. The Board serves to promote the values initially identified by our governing documents as periodically updated by our members and guide decisions to benefit all who live in our neighborhood.
The Vision of the Woodbridge Board is to represent our members in protecting and maintaining the resources of our neighborhood.
This Mission/Vision Statement is based upon several “Guiding Principles” that Board Members have expressed. These are also supported by our Covenants and Bylaws.
